Payrolls rebound in May

U.S. nonfarm payrolls increased by a better-than-expected 157,000 in May, the Labor Department reported Friday.

The jobless rate held steady at 4.5%

The 157,000 increase in payrolls was slightly above the 150,000 expected by economists.
